What happens if I forget my login details for the Konnect Customer Portal?
If you have forgotten your password, click on "Log in" at the top of this page then choose ‘Reset My Password’ instead of entering your email and password in the box. You will be prompted to fill in your email address and will receive an email to this address with a code, which will allow us to verify your email. Follow the onscreen instructions to set up your new password and login.
If you no longer have access to the email address you first signed up with, you will need to get in touch with your local Customer Services.
